RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
Our returns policy is designed for flexibility. You can return our products within the specified returns period below. Please note that after the period has elapsed, we will not be able to accommodate a refund or exchange.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS & REFUNDS:
To be eligible for returns and refunds:
- Item must be unused and in the original condition.
- Item must be in the original packaging.
- Partial refunds are eligible for items not in original condition, is damaged or missing some parts for reasons not due to our error. This is subject for approval and on a case-to-case basis.
- Partial refunds are also eligible for products returned after the policy date has elapsed. This is subject for approval and on case-to-case basis.
HOW TO PROCESS RETURNS OR REFUNDS:
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include the following information:
- Reason for returning the product and wanting a refund
- Include the order number
- If item is received defective or damaged, please include a photo of the product
**Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We will provide instructions in our response on where to send the items.
Who pays for return shipping?
You will be responsible for the shipping costs when returning the items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is approved and set to be refunded, the cost of return shipping to you will be deducted from the refund amount.
Please note return shipping times may vary depending on where you live.
When shipping items over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping method and purchasing insurance. This will ensure you know the exact status of your returned item. Kavallerie doesn’t guarantee we will receive your returned item.
I’ve sent off the item as instructed, what happens next?
Once we receive the returned product, we will send you an email confirming receipt. We will also inform you if the return has been approved or rejected, after we have inspected the item.
My item was approved for a refund, when can I expect the credit?
After your refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 days and applied to your credit card or main payment method you used for the purchase.
It’s past 14 days and still no refund credit? What do I do?
First, check with your bank if there was an issue on their end. Refunds can be affected by a bank’s particular processing times.
If you used a credit card for the purchase, contact your credit card company and verify if a refund has been credited. It may take time before it gets posted.
After doing the above and there’s still no sign you have received the refund. Please get in touch with us immediately at email@example.com.
I want to process an exchange, not a refund. Is this possible?
We process exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you want to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same one, we advise processing a refund instead and placing a new order for the same item on our website.
